New Clients
Welcome to ZigZag Beauty! Here are some details you need to know if this is your first time booking an appointment.
CURLY SERVICES
New clients are only eligible to book “New Client Wash-n-Go Like a Pro” and “New client hydrate & Define + Shape”. If you already have a wash-n-go routine, it is recommended to come in with a wash-n-go no more than three (3) days old. This is so we can properly determine how far along you are in your haircare journey as well as your hair needs and goals. If you have never done a wash-n-go, this is fine! Just come in with loose, unmatted hair.
ALTERNATE STYLES
Clients are not required to get a cut, but for the best results, it is recommended if you have not had one in at least four months. If you use any products that cause build up on your hair such as raw oils, butters, etc., please add on a detox treatment to your appointment.
LOCS
If you are looking to start your loc journey as a new client, you must first book a consultation where we will discuss your desired locs and the exact price of your service. If you already have mature or budding locus, be sure to book “New Client Retwist”.
WAX
Please view all pre-wax requirements on here. For best results, be sure to follow all guidelines
FACIALS
Only new clients are able to book “New client ZigZag’s Beauty Facial”.
BROW TINT/HENNA BROWS
Please follow the pre-wax guidelines as a wax is included in this service as well. A Patch test is requires 24-48 hours prior to your service. Please make time in your schedule to pop in for five (5) minutes to receive your patch test. We will discuss the exact date and time closer to your appointment.

Returning Clients

CURLY SERVICES
If it has been more than 7 months since your last curly cut by me, you will have to book a new client service.
LOCS
DO NOT book for a retwist if it has been less than the recommended timeframe. The average retwist /re-tie timeframe is 4-8 weeks. If it has been more than three (3) months since your last retwist or re-tie, please book a new client service. If you have stablished locs but are a new client, please book ‘New Client Retwist or Re-Tie’.
WAX
If it has been more than ten (10) weeks since your last waxing appointment or if you have shaved/used depilatory creams such as Veet, Nair, etc., please book anew client appointment. Remember to exfoliate 48 hours prior to your appointment. Also stop using in-grown hair treatments 48 hours prior to your appointment.
FACIALS
If it has been more than seven (7) months since your last facial with me, please book a new client facial. Only book services that have been approved by me. If I believe your skin cannot handle the service, it will not be performed.
